I have had the worst experience ever at this car dealership. My 2014 corvette Z51 has been in the repair department for going on 3 months now. I have had to call multiple times, just to be left on hold and ignored. They had a miscommunication with the warranty company, and lost weeks of time. I would advise NOBODY TAKE YOUR CAR TO THE REPAIR DEPARTMENT. They don't care about the customer and the time it takes for repair. I will never take my car back here, if I could I would rate 0 stars. The repair department is terrible, and really ruined this dealership experience. It honestly has been the worst experience of my life. Please find a different repair shop, the people don't care. UPDATE I was told not to return and that they don't need customers like me. I bought a $50,000 dollar corvette from this dealership and Michael Chase and Chad Raskin were the worst people to ever deal with. Michael Chase needs major reform. Chad Raskin told me not to return and "They don't need customers like me." The WORST dealership in Colorado. UPDATE For months I expressed my discern with this dealership. I asked multiple times for courtesy vehicle, I asked multiple times that you guys work to get this resolved. It all fell on deaf ears. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service, if you wanted to go above and beyond, you would have taken care of my Uber bills, my rental bill, or even had me in a courtesy vehicle. The management team told me, “there was nothing they could do.” I was told I could wait outside. I was told not to come back. Don’t allege that you took care of my vehicle, or my concerns. This dealership is still awful.

got oil changed and multi-point isnp it was close to 2 hr for oil change and check for a leak on the front of the engine I sent a text to Jennifer(720)-734-6047 after about 45 min as to the status of my SSR never got a response or notified when my car was ready I noticed it parked outside so I went to the service desk and asked about it and was told that it was done still don't know where the leak is coming from

I scheduled an oil change and installation of a block heater ( ordering the block heater through Chevy dealers parts dept) Also asked , after consulting the service show for a semi custom install of an auxiliary transmission cooler. They ordered the wrong block heater so I was told that work would not get done this time and they did the oil change and transmission lines. My wife picked up the truck and brought it home Friday night. Just on the 15 mile highway drive home the lines were leaking ( Ptfe hose and AN fittings) and left an huge stain on the driveway. I looked at it that night when I got home could see transmission fluids leaking from the fitting. I also saw the skid plates were not tightened back up( bolts sticking out about an inch) thank god it didn’t fall off on the way home it could have caused a wreck and killed someone. ( I have the photos if you want them) Brought it back first thing Saturday morning and Chevy sent it to a specialty shop to redo the leaking fittings assembled by the Chevy service dept. The specialty shop ( Whistler Hose) redid 4 of the 6 fittings. I was reassured the drive it several time and there were no leaks. Drove it several times over the next week and it started leaking from the hose with the hose fittings that were not redone the second time. Needless to say I had to make a couple unwanted trips to the dealer and they ordered the wrong part for the block heater so that work could not be completed. The transmission cooler was obviously something they have never done before and it showed. In the future they should send it out to Whistler hose or ATS diesel about a mile up the road from them for any unfamiliar work. I’m not a mechanic but I have successfully installed coolers on previous vehicles myself without any issues like this so I know it’s not that complicated. I’ve only had the truck back a day now so we’ll see what happens this week. I will say the service dept didn’t question or hesitate to fix the issue. After this experience, Unless it’s and oil change and tire rotation I am hesitant to have work done.

I had an oil and filter change, 4 tire rotation, a couple light bulbs replaced, heater leak and an engine idle problem fixed. All was eventually fixed and is working GREAT! I am very happy with all the results and pricing of the repairs. The only issue I had was with service center communication. After dropping off my truck on a Friday morning I received no communication on Friday and Saturday with status of the repairs and costs of repairs. I tried to call the service center on Saturday, but they had already close at 3pm and are understandable closed on Sundays. I had informed them that I would need my truck back on Saturday to be able to get to my work on the following Monday. So I had to make alternative plans for getting myself to work on Monday and then called the service center during my work hours, when they opened, and asked why I had not received any communication about the status or cost of repairs. I was informed that they simply had forgotten. They then sent all the information and we were able to get the repairs going for a late Monday night pickup. So the only reason I can not give them a perfect score is because I had to initiate ALL communication about status and cost of repairs. I did not receive an email or even a text message to inform me, even when trying to pick up the truck before the service center closed on Monday. Wasn't the end of the world, but communication between dealer and customer is and will always be very important. Lack of communication just shows lack of care towards the customer. Thank you...

My only issue was that I wasn’t updated when my truck took longer to service than expected. However, everyone was extremely helpful and my service cost was reduced. I would still give the facility a 10 out of 10.
